We offer many different types of software repair and installation services. Below, please find our most popular services. This by no means is everything we do, though, so if you're not sure, contact us!

Diagnostics - $49

Please note, all diagnostic fees must be paid in full when computer is dropped off for service.
Software/hardware troubleshooting. ($49 applied to further labor if needed)

Macintosh Diagnostics - $79

Virus Cleaning - $135

Uses our 20 step process to remove all known viruses, spyware and malware. Leaves all your data, settings, and programs intact. Includes Windows repair, if needed, tune-up and critical Windows updates. (See Legal for terms and conditions)

Windows Reinstall - $69 to $189

Format hard drive, reinstall Windows and tweak it. Various options for data backup available.

Macintosh Operating System Reinstall - $139

Format hard drive, reinstall OS.

Data Back-Up - $79

Copy your data to up to two DVDs.

Data Transfer - $79

We will copy or move your data from one system to another.

System Image - $49

We will create an exact image of your system on DVD for a future restore, up to 4 DVDs. Only available with Windows Reinstall Service.

Hard Drive Clone - $69

Copies complete hard drive to a new hard drive.

Windows Password Reset - $49

Forgotten password will be reset. Must provide photo ID, which will be photocopied.
