Diagnostics - $49

Please note, all diagnostic fees must be paid in full when computer is dropped off for service.
Hardware troubleshooting. ($49 applies to further labor if needed.)

Macintosh Laptop Diagnostics - $79

Please note, all diagnostic fees must be paid in full when computer is dropped off for service.
Hardware and software troubleshooting. ($79 applies to further labor if needed.)

Keyboard Replacement - $39

Replacement of keyboard in laptop. Does not include price of parts.

LCD, Inverter, Hinge, Bezel Replacement - $59 to $99

Replacement labor depends on difficulty of removing part.

Motherboard Replacement - $159

Replacement of motherboard in laptop. Does not include price of parts.

DC (Power) Jack Replacement - $99 to $179

Sony laptops are not eligible for this service.

RAM Installation - Free

RAM must be purchased from Computer Works for free installation. A small number of computers and laptops may require additional labor and may have a small charge to install.

Hard Drive Replacement - $39 to $99

A small number of laptops may carry a small additional charge.

Optical Replacement - $39 to $69

CD, DVD or Blu-Ray drive.
